Meet Odalys D. Pena, an associate clinical social worker. As an ACSW, Odalys provides compassionate, relationship-centered therapy for young children (ages 0–5) and adults navigating life’s challenges. Her therapeutic focus is on anxiety, depression, grief and mourning, and trauma, and she is dedicated to creating a safe space where healing can begin.
With five years of experience in community-based mental health, she draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and trauma-informed approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. Her style is client-centered and psychodynamic, grounded in empathetic collaboration and mindfulness. She strives to offer a calm, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, supported, and understood.
Odalys believes that meaningful human connection is a powerful vehicle for change. Through the therapeutic relationship, she will work together with you to build insight, strengthen resilience, and support lasting emotional growth.
Some of Odalys’ hobbies are off-roading, camping, music, movies, and spending time with family and friends.
