Meet Chantel, an associate marriage and family therapist who views therapy as a collaborative space for meaning-making, healing, and becoming. She believes people are more than their symptoms and that each person carries stories of resilience, agency, and hope waiting to be rediscovered.
Chantel supports individuals, couples, and families in exploring the patterns, relationships, and social contexts that shape their lives, while gently separating people from the problems they face. Her work integrates narrative, systemic, and strengths-based approaches to help clients reconnect with their values, identities, and preferred ways of relating.
With warmth, curiosity, and respect, she partners with clients to build understanding, deepen emotional awareness, and create sustainable change. Outside of therapy, Chantel enjoys video games, camping, hiking, cooking, and fashion—interests that ground her belief that growth is not about fixing, but about becoming more fully yourself alongside an ecosystem of support.
