Blake is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who provides compassionate, culturally responsive care to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and has experience working with diverse and bilingual populations.
Blake is fluent in English and Spanish and spent several years living abroad in Mexico, an experience that deepened his cultural awareness and understanding of how culture, identity, and environment shape mental health. His passion lies in people and communication, helping clients better understand themselves, navigate fear, and move toward meaningful personal goals.
His therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based practices, and trauma informed care. Blake’s path to becoming a therapist was influenced by his own experience in therapy and witnessing its ability to create real and lasting change. He works closely with clients to build insight, resilience, and practical strategies for growth.
